The dancing on my brother's wedding was a combination of Ethiopian and
Western, but mostly the traditional dance called Eskista. The
Ethiopian dance is more like break dancing, it is an act of two individuals
facing each other walking back and forth by shrugging their shoulders with
both hands on their hips. There was an Ethiopian professional singer named
Shambel all the way from Washington DC.
